An inclusive approach

Our philosophy is that eating should not add stress to your life. Let us teach you our Non-Diet approach, using Intuitive Eating (IE), Health at Every Size® (HAES), and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to help you restore peace and balance in your body and mind.

Our dietitians provide non-judgmental, compassionate nutrition counseling. We use evidenced based principles, individualized assessments, and collaborative care to lead people to make the behavior changes that are best for them.

Our mission is to help people by meeting them where they are at, and then guiding them to a less stressful relationship with eating and moving. We want to help people learn to enjoy eating again, and to find pleasure, not guilt and shame, in food and movement.

SD Nutrition Group strives to provide access to people of all races, sizes, gender and sexual preferences, ethnicities and socioeconomic status levels.

We are want to stand up to society’s entrenched diet culture messaging and offer an alternative, more peaceful way forward in health and healing.
