We are currently seeing clients via secure telehealth and in-person.

Initial Session

 

One hour session with a Registered Dietitian to review your nutrition history, medical concerns, food/body/exercise struggles, and desired goals. We will collaborate to create a framework for future sessions and you will leave with a beginning plan in place.

Follow-Up Session

 

45 minute follow-up session to review what has been working, identify areas for continued improvement, and plan for the upcoming week. Together we will create a plan and set realistic and achievable goals.

Parent/ Family Education Session

 

45 minute session to provide guidance and education for how to best support your child or loved one on their nutrition journey. Each family is unique and has its own set of beliefs around food and eating. We can help you explore those beliefs while working to create an environment for healing at home.

Meal or Snack Outings

 

45 minute session to work on mindfulness, pacing, and food exposure in a setting that may be difficult for you. You are also encouraged to bring in a challenging meal or snack, and we’ll support you through the process.

Grocery Store Outings

 

45 minute session for grocery list preparation and a trip to purchase the items on your list. This is a therapeutic experience which can help you become comfortable with the space and process of shopping for yourself and/or family.

Recovery Coaching

 

30 minute session for eating disorder recovery support. The Recovery Coach will spend time how you best see fit. This can include meal support, preparing for upcoming challenging situations, or spending time sharing in recovery challenges and wins. The Recovery Coach will also share relevant lived experience.

Insurance

We currently not “in network” with any insurance companies. We are, however, in the process of changing that, so please check back soon to find out more.

That said, we can provide you with a “superbill,” which can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. You can call your insurance company to inquire about your out of network benefits. If we are out of network with your insurance company, you will need to pay for your sessions at the time of service, and the reimbursement from your insurance will be paid directly to you.
